Huge thanks to Ray Noguera, the Laconia Music Center, Immigrant Family Services Institute, the Haiti Education network and all who have helped get instruments to Haiti for distribution across the country! Hundreds of instruments have arrived and have either been sent out or are waiting to be repaired. We know how much this means to music schools across Haiti, especially during this time of extraordinary challenge. Along with teaching so much that has nothing to do with the notes on the page (Self-confidence, resilience, problem solving, leadership development and more), music brings, a sense of normalcy and routine at a time when this is sorely lacking.
